Native Missionary Training

Equipping Native Missionaries

India has 29 scheduled languages and 1652 dialects. As a result, communicating gospel becomes very difficult, if not impossible. Realizing this fact, EGM has formed a strategy to train the native Christians in their own languages.

Every year, NMT courses are conducted in different states. As an example, NMT course offered in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh turned extremely fruitful. Outskirts of Ratlam are occupied by the Bhili tribe, one among the 4,635 unreached people groups. As a result, NMT trainees started 32 village congregations around Ratlam.

EGM realized that Native Missionaries produce greater results when evangelizing in the tongue of unreached people groups. Therefore, EGM adopted NMT strategy in several states, and the number of churches are increasing considerably. If you have a burden to support a village missionary at the cost of approximately $75 a month, please let us know, and we will exclusively dedicate your support for that purpose.
